Pointless category?[]
What is the point of having a "candidates for deletion" category if it just fills up endlessly, and is never emptied by deleting the pages in it?
It would seem from this category that there not only are no active admins here, but there haven't been for a long time. -- RobertATfm 10:29, July 7, 2012 (UTC)
- But when there are one or more admins (if ever), they need to carefully review each page to ensure that its deletion nomination is legitimate. Some are obviously so, such as the two "The sad story of..." pages created by someone who's too dumb to know the difference between Cars and Thomas the Tank Engine, but I've just come across a false and malicious nomination of a user page. Fortunately the scumbag who did that gave the game away by using multiple "delete" tags instead of only one, but there may be others which aren't so self-evident. -- RobertATfm (talk) 13:16, September 26, 2012 (UTC)
