Roscoe, referred to as Skycam 1 in the movie, is a helicopter reporter for the Racing Sports Network. He is painted red and white, with the RSN logo on his sides.

History

In Planes, he is seen reporting Bulldog in trouble during the leg from Iceland to Germany, before noticing Dusty Crophopper, who is trying to help Bulldog.
